A national recreation area has removed “ snow will be gone by 2020” signs because the “ worldwide warming” prediction never arrived true.
Glacier National Park made headlines when it removed recreation area signs meant to highlight “ climate change” predictions from the U. S. Geological Survey.
The park attempted to save face simply by claiming the glaciers “ are still shrinking: ”
Kurzmen states Glacier National Park works with the U. S. Geological Survey to monitor the glaciers and update the remainder of the signs as necessary.
The glacier warning isn’t being removed entirely, she informed CNN. Instead, the new indications will say: “ If they will completely disappear depends upon how and when we take action. One thing is consistent: the glaciers in the park are usually shrinking.
