One day after a North Carolina school board adopted a policy that would self-discipline or dismiss teachers when they incorporate critical race theory (CRT) into their teaching of the history of the United States, The Epoch Times’ Ivan Pentchoukov reports that Attorney General Merrick Garland on Oct. 4 announced a concentrated effort to target any risks of violence, intimidation, and harassment by mothers and fathers toward college personnel.

Ted Nugent of https://tednugent.com joins The Alex Jones Show in order to down how real People in america must question authority to guard from tyranny.
The announcement also comes days after a national association of faculty boards asked the Biden administration to take “ outstanding measures” to prevent alleged risks against school staff that this association said was coming from moms and dads who oppose mask mandates and the teaching of essential race theory.
Garland directed the FBI and U. S. attorneys in the next 30 days to convene meetings with federal, condition, and local leaders within 30 days to “ facilitate the discussion of techniques for addressing threats against college administrators, board members, teachers, and staff, ” based on a letter ( pdf ) the attorney general sent on Monday to all U. T. attorneys, the FBI director, the director of the Executive Office of U. S i9000. Attorneys, and the assistant lawyer general of the DOJ ‘s criminal division.

According to the DOJ, further efforts will be rolled out in the coming days, including a task force that will determine how to use federal resources to prosecute problem parents and also how to advise state entities on prosecutions in cases where simply no federal law is broken. The Justice Department may also provide training to school staff on how to report risks from parents and protect evidence to aid in investigation and prosecution.
“ In recent months, there has been a disturbing spike within harassment, intimidation, and dangers of violence against college administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work associated with running our nation’s community schools, ” Garland wrote.
“ While spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, that safety does not extend to dangers of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views. ”
School boards across the nation have significantly become an arena for heated debate over lifestyle, politics, and health. Mother and father groups have ramped upward pressure on boards on the teaching of critical race theory and the imposition associated with mask mandates. The argument is split sharply together political lines, with Democrats largely in favor of critical race theory and mask requires, and Republicans opposing each.
The amount and severity of the threats against officials are not known, but Garland’s letter suggests the phenomenon is common .
Complete AG Garland Statement (with our thoughts):
MEMORANDUM WITH REGARD TO DIRECTOR, FEDERAL BUREAU ASSOCIATED WITH INVESTIGATION; MOVIE DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR Oughout. S. ATTORNEYS ASSISTANT LAWYER GENERAL, CRIMINAL DIVISION USA ATTORNEYS
FROM: THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
ISSUE: PARTNERSHIP AMONG FEDERAL, STATE, NEARBY, TRIBAL, AND TERRITORIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO ADDRESS DANGERS AGAINST SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, PANEL MEMBERS, TEACHERS, AND EMPLOYEES
Recently, there has been a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence towards school administrators, board associates, teachers, and staff whom participate in the vital work of running our country’s public schools. While spirited debate about policy issues is protected under our Constitution, that protection does not extend to threats associated with violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their particular views.
[ZH: But intimidating parents who dare to have the view that the nation’s founding fathers and the founding documents are not in fact systemically racist and does not want their children taught that is the case is ok?]
Threats towards public servants are not only unlawful, they run counter to the nation’s core values. People who dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive a proper education and learning in a safe environment are worthy of to he able to do their work without fear for their safety.
[ZH: “Dedication” to a “proper education” is admirable; indoctrination in Marxism is not]
The particular Department takes these situations seriously and is committed to having a authority and resources in order to discourage these threats, recognize them when they occur, and prosecute them when appropriate. In the coming days, the Department will announce a number of measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct focused toward school personnel.
[ZH: What exactly is the crime?]
Coordination and partnership along with local law enforcement is critical in order to implementing these measures for that benefit of our nation’s nearly 14, 000 public school districts. To this end, I actually am directing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working with each United States Attorney, in order to convene meetings with federal government, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders in each federal judicial district within 30 days of the issuance of this memorandum. These meetings will certainly facilitate the discussion of strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff, and will open dedicated lines associated with communication for threat reporting, assessment, and response.
[ZH: We wonder how many local law enforcement officials, while busily watching for vaccine passport offenders, and mask-mandate refusers, will acquiesce to enforcing these new laws to protect the very people who are preaching that America’s systemic racism starts with the men (and women) in blue?]
The Department is steadfast in its commitment to protect all people in the United States from violence, threats of violence, and other kinds of intimidation and harassment.
[ZH: Presumably intimidation and emotional harassment of young white boys and girls for their ‘whiteness’, privilege, and systemic racism is beyond that ‘protection’?]
As Chris Rufo (@RealChrisRufo) tweeted: “ The Biden administration is rapidly repurposing federal law enforcement to target politics opposition. ”
Rufo goes on to note that:
“ Neither the particular Attorney General’s memo nor the full Justice Department press release cites any significant, credible threat. It is a blatant suppression tactic, made to dissuade citizens from participating in the democratic process in school boards. “
Parents have directed the charge against controversial issues like Critical Race Theory (CRT), masking mandates and shot requirements.
CRT holds that America is fundamentally racist, yet it teaches people to see every social interaction plus person in terms of race. Its adherents pursue “ antiracism” through the end of merit, objective truth and the re-homing of race-based policies.
In Loudoun County, Virginia, two parents were arrested in June for trespassing while protesting CRT along with a transgender policy at the school district because they refused to leave the rowdy conference that was declared an unlawful assembly.
In July, a man was caught at a school board meeting and charged with a criminal offence because a gun reportedly dropped out of his pocket, the particular Indianapolis Star reported .
In Utah, 11 anti-mask protestors were arrested on misdemeanor charges for apparently disrupting a school plank meeting in May, the Sodium Lake Tribune reported . The protestors came into the school board meeting and shouted obscenities, which led to an early end to the meeting.
Senator Mary Cotton (@SenTomCotton) tweeted his thoughts:
“ Parents are speaking out against Critical Race Theory in schools. Today the Biden administration will be cracking down on dissent. ”
Just this week, Ron Paul explained why it is so important meant for parents to control the education of the children :
During final week’s Virginia gubernatorial controversy, Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe promised that as governor he would prevent parents through removing sexually explicit textbooks from school libraries, because he doesn’t think “ parents should be telling schools what they need to teach. ”
McAuliffe’s disdain for parents who think they should have some say in their children’s training is shared by many “ progressives, ” and also some who call on their own conservatives. These people think parents should obediently pay the taxes to fund the government schools and never question any aspect of the government college program.
School officials’ refusal in order to obey the wishes associated with parents extends to the anti-science mask mandates. Mask mandates are not only useless in safeguarding children from a virus they are at low risk to become sick from or sending, the mandated mask-wearing in fact makes children sick! Yet school administrators refuse to follow the science if that means hearing parents instead of the so-called professionals.
Changing parental control with government control of education (and some other aspects of child raising) has become a goal of authoritarians considering that Plato. After all, it is much easier to ensure obedience if someone has been raised to think of the government as the source of all intelligence and truth, as well as the company of all of life’s essentials.
Contrary to an authoritarian society, a free society recognizes that parents have both the responsibility as well as the right to provide their children having a quality education that reflects the parents’ values. Instructors who use their placements to indoctrinate children within beliefs that contradict the views of the parents are the ones overstepping their bounds.
Restoring parent control of education should be a priority for all who believe in freedom. If government can override the desires of parents in the name of “ education” or “ protecting children’s health” then what area of our lives is safe from government intrusion?
Fortunately, growing dissatisfaction along with government schools is top many parents to try to change school policies.
“ It is shameful that activists are weaponizing the US Division of Justice against mom and dad, ” Nicole Neily, president associated with Parents Defending Education informed the Daily Caller Information Foundation in response to the memorandum.
“ This is a coordinated make an effort to intimidate dissenting voices within the debates surrounding America’s underperforming K-12 education – but it will surely not succeed. We will not have to get silenced. ”
