Insane Video: 16-year-old Girl Arrested at School For Declining to Wear Mask
Mask showdown extremely escalates.
The Wyoming teen was filming last week as she has been placed under arrest for declining to wear a face mask within her school building.
In the video footage, a Laramie High School public tells 16-year-old Grace Cruz she’s not allowed to get into a hallway to go to class because she’s not within the mask.

Sophistication Smith returned to LHS on Thursday morning right after serving two consecutive two-day suspensions for not complying along with Albany County School Area #1’s mask mandate, which says anyone inside a district building must have his or her encounter covered. The rule, brought on by an upsurge in COVID-19 cases, was put in place last month and will be reviewed by school board next week, in front of a scheduled Oct. 15 sunset.
After the high school younger refuses to put on a cover up, an administrator comes up with her and has her sign documents indicating she’s being hanging.
Grace once again refuses to don a cover up and refuses to leave the school building.
At this point, an announcement goes out over the intercom that the school has been placed on lockdown, and an officer informs the college student he intends to handcuff her and bring the girl down to the station.
“ You’ve been suspended, ” an official tells her. “ They have already asked you to leave. Sounds like you’re refusing. As police force, I am now respectfully asking for that you leave the property because you’ve been hanging. Are you willing to do that? ”
“ No, ” Grace replied.
She actually is next told she’s limiting the movement of a large number of students who’ve been placed on lockdown and that she will soon be arrested.
“ I am going to warn at this point you if this continues for a period of time to where I feel that we have now hampered the ability for every student in here to get a good education I will be placing you into handcuffs and Soon we will be taking you down to the jail, and I will remove you from the building, ” the officer tells the girl, and issues her the $500 citation for trespassing, her second citation within a week.
Right after she still refused in order to leave the school building, officials placed the otherwise tranquil student under arrest.
“ They informed me they were going to do that, ” Grace said in remarks to Laramie Boomerang . “ I had been surprised they followed through. They came up to me personally probably 20 minutes before I was arrested and said that if you continue to not keep, we will arrest you. ”
The footage also followed Grace’s dad into a meeting with school administrators as well as the superintendent, who told him she’s suspended out of college for two days for declining to wear a face mask.
Grace’s dad informed the administrators they’ve broken his daughter’s constitutional legal rights and he intends to file a lawsuit against the school.
Grace told the Boomerang she feels it’s her directly to refuse a face mask.
“ It’s because I’m growing up inside a country where I’m meant to have my God-given rights to protect, and they’re being removed, ” she said. “ Everybody has the freedom to wear a mask if they select, but I believe everybody also has the right to not wear the mask if they choose. ”
She also claimed she’s been bullied and is discriminated against by teachers.
“ I get cussed out there a lot, ” she stated. “ People have called myself mean names. Nobody provides physically harmed me, but some of my best friends now will not likely talk to me. ”

“ The discrimination from your teachers is just absurd, ” Grace said. “ I had formed one teacher who tried to force a mask onto my face. ”
