A father called Scott Smith was arrested for seeking to speak at a school board meeting after his 9th-grade daughter was molested in a school bathroom by a male-to-female transgender pupil wearing a skirt back in May.
The particular transgender boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and another count of forcible fellatio, but the district allowed him to attend another school where he allegedly molested another gal.
