Arizona’s attorney general has filed a request for a temporary restraining order to halt President Joe Biden’s (D) administration from implementing the vaccine requirement while a lawsuit filed in September goes ahead.
“ Once a vaccine has been administered, it can never become undone, ” Attorney General Mark Brnovich said within a statement, Fox News reported upon Friday.
“ The COVID-19 vaccine requirement is one of the greatest infringements upon individual liberty, federalism, and the separation of powers simply by any administration in our country’s history, ” he added.
Arizona sued final month after Biden announced a measure to need federal workers and personal sector workers in businesses with over 100 workers be vaccinated or take a coronavirus test every week.
