Randy Weaver, Separatist Whose Loved ones Was Massacred by FBI at Ruby Ridge, Dies at 74

Randy Weaver, a separatist who was targeted, entrapped and had his wife Vicki and child Samuel murdered by the FBI and US Marshals since punishment for his political views, passed away on Wed at the age of 74.
RANDY Weaver, the survivalist known for his role within the Ruby Ridge standoff with all the FBI, has died when justin was 74.
His daughter Sara confirmed this news on Facebook on Thursday night.
She wrote: “ Love you normally Dad….
“ See ya next time I realize ya
“ January 3, 1948 – May 11, 2022. ”
A cause associated with death for Weaver has not been released.
US Marshalls murdered Weaver’s 14-year-old son Sammy Weaver and his dog Striker on August 21, 1992.
One day later, FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi executed Weaver’s wife Vicki from more than 200 yards away while she was cradling their own 10-month-old baby, Elisheba.
Horiuchi sniped Randy Weaver in the back but did not kill him.
Weaver was afterwards acquitted of all charges with regards to the defense of their family’s home by a jury in Boise, Idaho in what the New York Times called a “ strong rebuke” of the government.

Weaver was charged with multiple crimes relating to the Ruby Ridge occurrence – a total of 10 counts, including the original firearms charges. Attorney Gerry Spence handled Weaver’s defense, plus successfully argued that Weaver’s actions were justifiable since self-defense. Spence did not call any witnesses for the defense, rather focusing on attacking the credibility of FBI realtors and forensic technicians. The judge dismissed two matters after hearing prosecution witness testimony. The jury acquitted Weaver of all remaining charges except two, one of that the judge set aside. He was found guilty of one depend, failure to appear, for which he was fined $10, 000 and sentenced to 18 a few months in prison. He has been credited with time served plus an additional three months, and has been then released. […]
In August 1995, the U. S. government avoided demo on a civil lawsuit filed by the Weavers by awarding the three surviving daughters $1, 000, 000 each, and Randy Weaver $100, 000 over the deaths of Sammy and Vicki Weaver. The particular attorney for Kevin Harris pressed Harris’ civil fit for damages, although federal government officials vowed they would by no means pay someone who had murdered a U. S. marshal (Harris had been acquitted by a jury trial on environment of self-defense). In September 2000, after persistent appeals, Harris was awarded a $380, 000 settlement through the government.
Attempts were made to prosecute Lon Horiuchi but nor he nor anyone else active in the massacre were ever held accountable for their crimes.

In 1997, the Border County prosecutor indicted FBI HRT sniper Lon Horiuchi for manslaughter before the statute of limitations for the charge could expire; the case, Florida v. Horiuchi, was relocated to federal court, which has legal system over federal agents. The case was dismissed because of the supremacy clause. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Routine ruled in 2001 that will Horiuchi could be tried upon state charges. A new county prosecutor, Brett Benson, have been elected in 2000 plus dismissed the case, saying it had been unlikely the state would be able to demonstrate the criminal charges. Benson’s decision was controversial.
The massacres at Ruby Ridge and Waco were the purest expression of what our occupiers would like to do to every “ ua-MAGA deplorable” and every dissident they view as “ domestic extremists” and “ domestic terrorists. ”
