Twitter bans Ontario Party innovator Derek Sloan over Covid tweet

Derek Sloan, a former member of Canada’s parliament and now the leader of the Ontario Party, was permanently suspended from Twitter over supposed violations of the platform’s procedures.
The permanent ban came right after he criticized comments manufactured by the Canadian Chief Public Health Officer Theresa Tam about long Covid signs and symptoms.
On Sunday, Rebel News board member Efron Monsanto posted a clip of Tam declaring that about half of the individuals getting Covid have long Covid symptoms, which describes displaying symptoms of Covid for months.

Replying to the tweet, Sloan wrote: “ Their following move will be to rebrand the symptoms of COVID vaccine injuries as ‘ long COVID. ‘

Pursuing the comments, Sloan’s account was immediately suspended.
“ This account will never be restored. This case will be closed and replies will not be monitored, ” Twitter told Sloan.
Speaking to LifeSiteNews , Sloan said he or she hopes Elon Musk can reinstate his account as soon as he takes over in the next couple of months.
Meanwhile Sloan is campaigning for the provincial elections to be held on June 2 . He mentioned the campaign is going “ very well. ”
