Three students at Kiel Middle School have been placed directly under investigation for “ lovemaking harassment” for not referring to another student using “ they/them” pronouns.

The [Kiel Area School District] has filed a Title IX problem against the students, accusing them of sexual harassment intended for using incorrect [sic] pronouns when handling another student.

“ I received the phone call from the principal over at the elementary school, admonishment me; letting me know that I was going to be getting an email with sexual harassment allegations against my kid, ” Rosemary Rabidoux, among the parents of the students being accused said.

“ I immediately entered shock. I’m thinking, lovemaking harassment? That’s rape, gowns inappropriate touching, that’ incest” Rabidoux said. “ Exactly what has my son completed? ”

Rabidoux’s 13-year-old son, [Redacted], is one of the three eighth-grade Kiel Middle School students arrested of sexual harassment, something she disputes.

“ (The investigating principal) said he’s being apparently charged with sexual harassment for not using proper pronouns, ” said Rabidoux. “ I thought it wasn’t actual. I thought this has got to be a gag, a joke — one has nothing to do with the other. ”

According to the Wisconsin Institute for Law plus Liberty, now defending the accused students, in Mar, one of their peers introduced the pronouns they’d prefer to be addressed as: they/them.

Note, WILL CERTAINLY says the Department of Education is working to apply these rules nationwide.

“ Public colleges will refuse to discipline learners acting out in the class room because of “ restorative justice” and disparate impact responsibility, ” The Free Beacon’s Aaron Sibarium commented. “ But they will bring the hammer of civil rights law down on middle-schoolers who use the wrong pronouns. ”
