Democrat-Aligned Groups Haul $80 Mil in Donations in Week Following Roe v. Sort Repeal

Last week, the conservative-leaning US Supreme Courtroom repealed its own landmark 1973 ruling that prevented declares from adopting laws restricting the right for abortion, successfully making it a constitutional correct of every US woman. While the repeal was expected, it has prompted mass nationwide protests.

Democrats’ online fundraising platform, ActBlue, has reported that contributions have skyrocketed on the site following a bombshell US Supreme Court ruling to repeal Roe v. Wade.

According to ActBlue, Democrat-aligned groups collected some 20 dollars million in the first twenty four hours after the ruling as the celebration condemned the US Supreme Court’s decision.

ActBlue added that within four days the gathered sum grew to $51 million, and in a week following the Supreme Court ruling it peaked at $80 mil.

The majority of the funds should go to federal level political election campaigns, but will depart state level Democratic applicants without additional support even while the party stressed their own importance.

Other non-government groups like Planned Parenthood have also reported a surge in contributions, but did not publish any figures.
