During testimony in the House associated with the Supreme Court’s decision to hand back abortion laws to the states, a pro-abortion witness refused to specify what a woman is regardless of being asked to do so several times by a Republican Congressman.
The occurrence is a repeat of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson refusing to define what a woman is earlier in the calendar year, except this time the person offering the testimony was the Nationwide Women’s Law Center leader.
Republican Atlanta Rep. Andrew Clyde told Fatima Goss-Graves “ Earlier this year, our newest Supreme Court justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, was asked what a female is and she had a difficult time defining that. ”
Clyde carried on, “ Since you are the leader of the National Women’s Regulation Center, I was hoping that you might define what a woman is perfect for us in this committee listening to. ”
Without providing a definition that involved XX chromosomes, Goss-Graves stated, “ What I’ll inform you is, I am a woman. That may be how I identify. ”
Clyde interjected, proclaiming “ I simply want an answer. ”
She then stated, “ I wonder, however , if simply the reason that you’re asking fit that you’re trying to suggest that those who don’t identify as women can’t get pregnant. ”
She carried on, “ I think it’s actually really important to be very clear here, that there are people who identify as non-binary, I think about 5% associated with young people, who can be expecting. ”
Clyde again interjected, saying “ Okay. We’re not going to proceed there, ” adding “ I was hoping maybe you might say something that maybe we learned in high school biology, ” the congressman asserted, adding “ It has to do with X and Y chromosomes… which define male and female, but I guess jooxie is not going to get there. ”
Elsewhere during the exchange, Clyde asked Goss-Graves if her organization continues to receive financing from Planned Parenthood.
“ I definitely support the leadership and work of Planned Parenthood. The work they’re doing today is hero work, ” she said, without answering the question.
“ Are you receiving money from them or not? ” Clyde again asked.
“ We don’t receive scholarships from Planned Parenthood, but I support the work they do, ” Goss-Graves answered, adding “ The work they do around this country is hero function. ”
The National Women’s Law Middle also expressed support Wed for a radical pro-abortion activist ‘ professor’ called by Democrats as a witness throughout the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the legal consequences of the Supreme Court’s overturning associated with Roe vs Wade who else declared that anyone who says men can’t give birth is ‘ inciting violence’.
UC Berkley Law Professor Khiara Bridges refused to use the word ‘ woman’ and accused Missouri GOP Senator Josh Hawley of being “ transphobic” regarding saying men can’t have babies.
The Nationwide Women’s Law Center also recently claimed that the move to stop transgender swimmers, like Lia Thomas, from competing against biological women is usually ‘ misogynistic’.
These are the type of extreme people the Democrats are lumping in with:
