The two RINO Conservatives on the January 6 Committee appear to be suffering bouts associated with delusions of grandeur, wrongly believing the conservative base is straying away from previous President Donald Trump in support of the establishment wing of the GOP.
Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo. ) hinted that she actually is considering running for chief executive in 2024 despite polling 30 points below the girl Trump-endorsed primary opponent.
“ At this point, We haven’t made a decision on 2024… I’ll make a decision on 2024 down the road, ” Cheney said Sunday on CNN, incorporating that she is focused on her work with the Jan. six committee.

“ But I do think as we appearance towards the next presidential election, as I said, you know, I believe which our nation stands on the edge of an abyss and I perform believe that we all have to think very seriously about the problems we face and the risks we face and we have to elect serious candidates, ” she added.
Cheney is so deeply unpopular among her Wyoming constituents that she’s resorted in order to appealing to Democrats for fundraising .
Meanwhile, Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill. ), who will be slated to retire in late his term in January in light of his bleak polling figures , claimed that former President Donald Trump will be “ becoming irrelevant. ”
“ This doesn’t appear to be having, you know, a lot of impact. Maybe people are moving more towards a potential pertaining to, I don’t know, a Ron DeSantis. Trumpism isn’t dying, even though Trump is becoming irrelevant, ” Kinzinger stated Weekend on ABC. “ We are hearing a lot of anecdotal stuff, around the edges, of people who’ve been hard core along with Trump who now just can’t stand him. ”

Cheney and Kinzinger were two from the 10 House Republicans exactly who voted to impeach Trump following the January 6 protests.
The others have either opted not to run again in the midterms or face Trump-backed primary challengers.
Inspite of the media elevating Cheney plus Kinzinger, the reality on the ground indicates Trump is still firmly in charge of the trajectory of the Conservative Party and candidates he supported in primaries are usually continuing to achieve victories ahead of the midterm elections.
