The incident comes at a time when law enforcement regulators in the US are facing risks following the FBI’s search associated with ex-President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
A man drove his car into the vehicle barricade outside the US Capitol early on Sunday and fired many shots into the air before fatally shooting himself.
The incident occurred at about 4 a. mirielle. at East Capitol Road and Second Street.

According to DC’s City Police Department, when officials heard the gunfire, they will started approaching the man whenever he shot himself. No one else was hurt due to the incident.
Police added that they are dealing with the investigation of the male’s death and are also looking into his background.
“ At this time, it does not show up the man was targeting any Members of Congress, who are on recess, and it will not appear officers fired their own weapons, ” a declaration by the police says.
Sunday’s occurrence outside the US Capitol came at a time when police officers and FBI agents across the country have already been receiving threats following the FBI’s search of former President Jesse Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida earlier this week.
