Understanding The Tyrannical Mind and How This Operates

At the core of tyranny is the removal of choice. Centralization is all about eliminating options for the public while telling them their lives will be streamlined, simpler and safer.

All people look for to control their environment to a certain degree. They want a dependable level of management over their world, and to remove whichever doubts they might have about their survival in the future.

When they can, people will take procedures to remove any potential discomfort or struggle and set up a life of perpetual comfort. The easy road is the fantasy for most, and in order to get it human beings see power as a formidable tool.

I’m exploring this common condition because I want to make it clear that almost ALL PEOPLE wish power to a degree. Sometimes this even means controlling the actions of others to prevent them through disrupting the oasis of comfort we construct about us. Sometimes there are harmful people that we feel we are forced to inhibit and parrot cage in self defense. And still also, we try to control these around us out of irrational fear.

The tyrannical mindset is not exceptional to the Stalins, Maos and Hitlers of history, it is a serious rooted shadow that lurks in the majority of us at situations. It is this condition that politics tyrants try to exploit to their advantage, because no severe government can ever achieve success without the help of an incredible number of little tyrants supporting all of them. They find a way to feed our desire for control and predictability while simultaneously enslaving us.

The thing is, tyrants need us. We all have a little dash of tyranny in our souls; we are linked, but we are different.

This is not to express that order in itself will be evil or that interpersonal structures are inherently oppressive. People need boundaries mainly because not all people are good or even sane; some are aggresive, some are lazy, several are crazy, some are incompetent and some are unethical and they drag the rest of us lower. Anarchy is not the solution, yet neither is totalitarianism. They have all about who sets the boundaries and how.

This is where we uncover a certain human element that is obsessively attracted to control, not as they are afraid, and not because they need comfort, but because they take pleasure in the feeling of power. They may be addicted to it. I’m speaking specifically about narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths; they are users of our species but they lack the key psychological traits that make us human, such as empathy, conscience, imagination, love plus shame. In almost every situation of government gone wrong it is because these types of people were in a position to slither into positions of authority and take advantage.

Despite the exaggerated depictions in movies and TELEVISION, your average psychopath is not all that complex or fascinating – The fact of their existence is interesting, but as people they tend to be dull. The idea of them is amazing because they are a biological anomaly, an evolutionary mistake or perhaps a spiritual deformity. Around 1% of any given populace is prone to psychopathy plus an even smaller percentage are usually high functioning psychopaths which are adept at hiding their monstrous natures.

Most average psychopaths eventually end up in prison or in an endless succession of life failures. They can’t get it together and maintain relationships and develop a normal life because they are too self obsessed and harmful and eventually the people around them notice. These types of people are what I would call the “ little tyrants. ” They seem to rise to the surface area of society when instances are desperate; when people are distracted by crisis is when psychopaths feel it’s secure to show their true natures.

For example , during the covid pandemic lockdowns and the government attempts to introduce draconian vax mandates the tiny tyrants were everywhere. They will just appeared out of the ether and swirled around the authoritarian vortex like it was a nourishing frenzy. They took enjoyment in the opportunity to order other people around about masks and vaccines and “ social isolating, ” even though none of these measures made ANY distinction whatsoever to the spread of covid or the rather small median  Infection Death Rate of 0. 23% .

These were being tossed scraps from the table of power and they savored every minute from it. The real science wasn’t on the side, but they didn’t treatment; the media and the government were on their side which is all that mattered. They were pleased to be used as weapons towards other citizens that just wanted to be free.

Beyond the symbiotic (or maybe parasitic) relationship between big tyrants and little tyrants, there are a set of standards that have to be fulfilled for tyranny to be successful:

Destruction Of preference

At the core of tyranny is the removal of choice. Centralization is all about eliminating options for the public while informing them their lives is going to be streamlined, easier and safer. If people have options outside of the establishment system or ideology then they might question the particular validity of the power structure. They might ask themselves “ What if there is a better way than this? ”

And, since there is continually a better way than fear and slavery, tyrants have to engage in a constant war with all choice ideas and principles. The only way they can be sure that people refuses to rebel someday is to erase the existence of choice. Not only that, but they have to convince the people that to even recommend another choice is sacrilegious plus dangerous. The system must become absolute in all things and every area of daily life.

Create A False Moral Paradox

Freedom is slavery – Ignorance is strength. It’s the old Orwellian paradoxon that perverts the meaning associated with words and deeds to justify tyranny. An extension of the twisted way of thinking is the religious beliefs of the “ greater good”; the idea that all evils are justified as long as the “ greater good” is accomplished. But what is the greater great? It’s anything the tyrants say it is; usually anything that helps them to gain good luck. One would think that a “ good” that is “ greater” would entail more freedom and less fear, not really less freedom and more fright.

As a part of the tactic of removal of choice, tyrants often create a fake moral conundrum in which individuals are told that their independence is actually harmful to others, therefore their freedoms must be removed “ for the greater great. ” Again, the covid medical tyranny experiment had been built completely around this disagreement. What if your choice to not put on a mask, to not stay locked in your house and to require a questionable vaccine injured hundreds or thousands of others? Doesn’t that justify obtaining your choices away? These promises are complete fantasy, of course , but in the heat of a nationwide panic people can be resulted in believe that the false paradox is real.

Obsessive Compulsive Expansion

Since noted, tyrants are usually psychopathic personalities, and a part of this particular mindset is the compulsion to expand and devour. Just like a growing amoeba, or that will creature from the movie ‘ The Blob. ‘ Their hunger for control is usually never sated, they will consistently want more.

People will be told that they are only losing one freedom, or two freedoms, or that their freedoms will be restricted “ for a limited time. ” This is always a lie. Once tyrants obtain new power they will keep it obsessively as if it is oxygen and without it they may die. And, then they will certainly seek more powers since what they have is never enough. A friend of mine once described it in this way:

Stacked before the tyrant is a banquet of kingly proportions, like a Thanksgiving Day feast moving across his dinner table. You sit quietly without access to the table, but in your hands you do hold a little brown crust area of bread. This is all you need and you cradle it meticulously because it must be made to last. And even though the tyrant’s stomach is full and he has more than he could possibly ever consume in a lifetime, all he is able to think about is YOUR little brown crust area.

All he wonders regarding day and night is why you have that crust when it should be their. He grinds his tooth frothing in desperation for your meager meal. Then one day he or she decides he will not stop until your bread brown crust area is in his hands when you starve. This is now their mission in life – To consider your crust and breadcrumbs and leave you with nothing. Any other outcome would be unimaginable.

He not only wants to grab your crust, but he or she wants to see your despair whenever he does it. He wants you to know he has your last meal, and he really wants to see the pain in your face when he takes this away.   Then, he wants you act like you love him for it.

This is the way the mind of a psychopath functions. Why do their minds function this way? There are many ideas but no one really understands for certain. Evidence suggests that they are actually born the way they are usually; with no conscience and no counterbalance to the madness.

The bread crust story is a metaphor, but it demonstrates how psychopathic authoritarians watch various freedoms – These are pieces of life that tyrants cannot tolerate you getting in your possession. It drives them insane to know you might have that little piece of gentle and joy in your hands and they scheme and story and scream and wail and claw until these people get it away from you.

Tyranny Can not be Defeated Unless It Is Realized

You will see people out there that make the common ignorant argument that all of this is an workout in futility because it will not “ address solutions. ” There are many solutions to authoritarian systems, I have been writing about them for more than 16 years now. We are able to talk all day about decentralization and localism and organization and revolution, but none of this matters unless we understand how our enemies think and the tactics they use. If we do not know them we can not defeat them.

They are not complex and they are certainly not ingenious but they are relentless. Underestimating their obsession along with control would be disastrous. That said, the one thing they value a lot more than power is their own life, and until these people are designed to understand that their lives could possibly be the cost of their compulsions they are going to never stop. There is no thinking with them. There is no diplomacy or compromise. There is no middle surface. They will continue to take, or they will be disrupted. Knowing their own mindset brings us several techniques closer to shutting them straight down.
