Update (2: 54 PM CST): The particular Greenwich Public School District released a statement Wed announcing that Cos Cob Elementary School Assistant Primary Jeremy Boland has been positioned on “ administrative leave” within the wake of Project Veritas’ exposé.

Original story below:

A radical Connecticut assistant principal captured in undercover video by Project Veritas admitted he deliberately hires teachers who advance “ progressive” political ideology and shuns Catholic hires because they might be “ conservative. ”

Simply 1 of Project Veritas’ ongoing “ Secret Curriculum” series, Jeremy Boland, the particular Cos Cob Elementary School’s Assistant Principal in Greenwich, detailed how he partcipates in illegal discriminatory practices to hire teachers who push left-wing political and ideological goals.

Boland:   You’re teaching them [children] how to think. That’s it. It doesn’t matter what these people think about. If they think about it inside a logical progressive way, that will becomes their habit.

Veritas Journalist:   So , you kind of like, equipment them to think in a more generous way?

Boland:   Mm-hmm. Believe it or not, the open minded, more modern teachers are actually more savvy about delivering a Democratic message without really ever having to mention politics.

Boland went on to say that the liberal teachers engage in “ subtle” indoctrination because that’s how they “ get away with it. ”

Boland:   So , it’s subtle. They will [teachers I hire] will not say, “ Oh, this really is [a] liberal or a Democratic way of carrying this out. ” They’ll just make that this norm. And this is the way you handle things, it’s delicate.

Veritas Journalist:   And that’s how you get away with it?

Boland:   That’s how you escape with it.

Veritas Journalist:   And how would you make sure the parents don’t discover?

Boland:   They can find out, so long as you certainly not mention [the] politics of it.

Likewise, Boland said that to successfully share the left-wing radical ideology, conservative teachers must be avoided from being hired, otherwise they’re difficult to get rid of.

Boland:   Keep in mind that teacher I was talking about just before? The forty-year-old? I’ll never change that teacher.

Veritas Journalist:   You’re what?

Boland:   I’ll certainly not be able to change that instructor.

Veritas Journalist:   Which one?

Boland:   The traditional one, who is stuck in her ways. I’ll in no way be able to fire her, and I’ll never be able to change her. So , I create an impact with the next instructor I hire. So , my instinct for hiring — I’ve hired maybe four or five people. They’re pretty good.

Veritas Journalist:   Okay.

Boland:   So , that’s where I make my effect.

Boland admitted to the Veritas journalist that he discriminates against potential hires based on their own religion in violation of Connecticut law.

Boland:   I’m not really a huge expert on religious beliefs, but Protestants in this area [of Connecticut] are probably the most liberal. But if they’re Catholic — conservative.

Veritas Journalist:   Wow, so then what do you do with the Catholics? If you find out somebody is Catholic, then exactly what?

Boland:   You don’t hire them.

Veritas Journalist:   So , would you ever hire a Catholic then?

Boland:   Simply no, I don’t want to… Because if someone is elevated hardcore Catholic, it’s such as they’re brainwashed. You can certainly not change their mindset. Therefore , when you ask them to consider something new, like a new opportunity, or “ you have to think about this in a different way, ” they’re stuck — just rigid.

Furthermore, Boland explained that should a prospective teacher sympathize with mother and father opposed to left-wing materials, they will not get hired.

Veritas Reporter:   Okay, so someone sides with the parent, then what?

Boland:   A person let them explain, and then you move on to the next question.

Veritas Journalist:   But then eventually [what is] the outcome of that?

Boland:   Indicate get the job.

Connecticut Regulation, Section 46A-60B1, specifically bars discriminatory employment practices. The violation occurs if anyone refuses to hire or employ people “ because of the individual’s race, color, religious creed, age, sex, gender identity or even expression. ”

This damning undercover video definitively rebukes critics that claim that left-wing indoctrination within schools is simply a “ conspiracy theory theory. ”

The GPS District released a statement Wednesday declaring they’re “ investigating” Boland’s remarks.

“ Late last evening, i was made aware of a video that will had gone viral with a current administrator from Cos Cob School. We intend to perform a full investigation and until that time, we will not make any public statements. We all ask that you respect the investigation process during this time. ”

“ We do not, however , support any opinions that promote discriminatory practices based on race, religious beliefs, gender, or age in any way, and we want to remind the entire community that our programs policies and procedures are usually strictly enforced by our own Board. ”

Infowars has reached out to the Greenwich Public School (GPS) Superintendent for comment yet has not yet received a reply as of this writing.
