Search engines Uses Infowars Video to check ‘Prebunk’ Technique that ‘Inoculates’ People Against ‘Misinformation’

Study conducted by Google’s Jigsaw division and experts at Harvard featured the clip from a video developed by Infowars producer Greg Reese.

A Google research team is testing whether individuals can be “ inoculated” against misinformation by being shown informational ads that “ prebunk” specific narratives, training them how to spot manipulative rhetorical techniques.

One such study conducted by Google’s Jigsaw division and researchers at Harvard University’s Emergency Preparedness, Research, Evaluation, plus Practice Program and American University featured a clip from a video clip created by Infowars producer Greg Reese.

The purported objective of the study was to “ test inoculation communications in the form of short video text messages to promote resistance against persuasion by COVID-19 vaccine misinformation, ” a strategy dubbed “ prebunking, ” or “ attitudinal inoculation. ”

The Jigsaw team “ developed 30-second video clips to address common rhetorical strategies and false claims which are used to perpetuate anti-vaccination suggestions. ”

In “ prebunk” movies produced for research topics, a team of doctors wearing lab coats warn viewers about “ misinformation” that pushes “ dangerous” anti-Covid vaccine viewpoints, while a short clip from a Greg Reese video is played as an example of misinformation.

“ We recruited nearly 2, 000 U. S. adults into the study who pointed out they had not received the COVID-19 vaccine. Our test was diverse but not completely representative, skewing towards individuals with more education and whom used a mobile device, due to the survey platform all of us chose for this study. Participants first watched either a prebunking video or a control video that described how to make a paper airplane. Then, just about all participants were shown a brief video containing COVID-19 vaccine misinformation that used the sneaky techniques and claims that participants who watched the prebunking video were warned about. ”

According to Jigsaw, the prebunk strategy has been successful and convinced many people to take the Covid shot.

“ The prebunking video clips were successful across just about all three outcomes of interest: People who watched the 30-second movie were more likely to recognize rhetorical strategies in the video that contains misinformation about the COVID-19 shot. They also reported lower assistance for sharing or monetarily supporting the video containing misinformation, and indicated higher willingness to get the COVID-19 vaccine when compared to control group. ”

Reese tells Infowars he believes Google’s use of his video clip is proof the business fears competing with details conveyed by alternative media sources.

“ This all demonstrates the importance of alternative media outlets like Infowars, ” Reese states.

“ The mainstream media is confident telling lies just because their Big Technology bedfellows direct all research queries back to them. Another primary target meant for Google researchers is of course Infowars host Alex Jones.

The site’s use of the term “ open societies” is definitely curious, as a quick Google search reveals it’s primarily stated by the likes of globalist George Soros and his philanthropic Open Societies Foundation.

The message is apparent: it’s not enough for Huge Tech to ban Infowars and Alex Jones off their search results, video platforms plus social networks; the technocratic elite need to psychologically manipulate the masses to suppress a global awakening and keep Infowars’ message of truth from resonating.
