Former President Donald Trump had nothing but praise regarding Ye during an interview on Tuesday, despite him facing accusations of “ anti-Semitism” for criticizing the “ Jewish media. ”
Not only did Trump refuse to condemn West’s comments, but he doubled down with effusive praise, thanking the rapper for his undying loyalty and support.
“ He really was nice to me. Beyond anybody, he was, ” the twice-impeached former president said in a new interview. “ He was great in my experience. ”
It didn’t issue that West’s rant got aim at Trump’s own son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Western, who now goes by the name Ye, asserted that Kushner, a former White House agent to Trump, only brokered the Abraham Accord peacefulness deal between Israel and several Arab states because he hoped to benefit financially.
“ He had been great, really, to MAGA, to the MAGA movement, that was very impressive, ” Trump said in an interview with right-wing news host Larry O’Connor. “ I’ve always got along with him. ”
“ He really was high on a guy named Donald Trump, ” added the ex-commander-in-chief.
Rolling Stone reported last week that two anonymous “ sources” told them Trump wanted to “ distance himself” from Kanye West because he was too “ crazy” and needed professional “ help. ”
It looks like which was just another lie.
