David DePape, the suspect who broke into Household Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) home and attacked Robert Pelosi with a hammer, was wearing only underwear any time authorities arrived on the scene and left a manifesto that promoted conspiracy theories, according to reports.
DePape “ was in his particular underwear when police showed up, ” according to KTVU investigative reporter Evan Sernoffsky. ” Sernoffsky also recorded that the suspicious found DePape’s manifesto regarding social media, where he wrote regarding conspiracy theories and had a listing of other targeted politicians.
CNN spoke with two of DePape’s ex- acquaintances, who eventually prevented talking to him due to his / her disturbing behavior.
Linda Schneider, who occasionally let DePape housesit roughly eight in years past, told CNN he was residing in a storage unit inside Berkely area when they found. Schneider ultimately cut neckties with DePape after this girl received “ really disturbing” emails where he sounded similar to “ a megalomaniac as a result out of touch with real truth. ”
Schneider ended contact with DePape “ because doing so seemed so dangerous, ” and she said he would make use of “ Biblical justification to do harm. ”
