This is in contrast to 16. 6% of whitened children.

Eating junk food is definitely linked to a  higher risk of obesity , depressive disorder, digestive issues, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and early death. Some researchers warn that highly-processed foods should be reclassified as a “ drug” because they are as addicting and harmful as smoking cigarettes, according to  Daily Mail .  

People should query the motives behind business America disproportionately targeting neighborhoods of color with unhealthy foods. Perhaps, there’s more to the story than just sales…
