“ I have been going through this for six years — regarding six years I have been going through this, and am am not going to go through it anymore, ” Trump told Fox News Digital on Friday shortly after the announcement. “ And I hope the Republicans have the courage to fight this. ”
“ I have been proven innocent for six yrs on everything — from artificial impeachments to [former special counsel Robert] Mueller who found no collusion, and now I have to do it more? ” Trump said. “ It is not suitable. It is so unfair. It really is so political. ”
“ I am never going to partake in it. I’m not going to partake in this, ” he or she added.
Trump pointed out the suspicious timing of the DOJ’s special advice appointment coming just two days after he announced his intention to run for leader in 2024.
“ I have never heard about such a thing. They discovered nothing. I announce after which they appoint a special prosecutor, ” Trump said. “ They found nothing, and today they take some guy who have hates Trump. This is a shame and only happening because I am leading in every poll both in parties. ”
“ It is not even believable that they’re allowed to do this. This is the worst politicization of proper rights in our country, ” this individual added.
The 45th president also blasted the two-tiered system of proper rights on display as the DOJ ignores numerous criminal offenses uncovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop in support of launching numerous baseless witch hunts against him and other conservatives.
“ Hunter Biden is a legal many times over and nothing happens to him, ” Trump mentioned. “ Joe Biden is really a criminal many times over — and nothing happens to them. ”
“ It is unfair to the country, to the Republican Party, and I don’t think people should take it. I am not going to accept it, ” Trump carried on. “ The Republican Party has to stand up and combat. ”
Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday appointed former Justice Department official Jack Smith as special counsel to take over the FBI’s criminal probe into Trump’s possession associated with presidential records held at his Mar-a-Lago home.
