Biden White House Announces 5-Year Geoengineering Research Plan Despite Gov’t Conducting Operations For many years
Federal government has already been quietly conducting Stratospheric Aerosol Injection practices for many years, as explained by previous CIA Director John Brennan.
The Biden routine announced a 5-year plan to research “ climate treatment, ” specifically using geoengineering practices to combat environment change.
“ In the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022, the White-colored House Office of Technology and Technology Policy (OSTP), in coordination with related Federal agencies, was instructed by Congress to develop a five-year – ‘ technological assessment of solar along with other rapid climate interventions in the context of near-term weather risks and hazards, ‘” the White House stated.
Geoengineering, a method of climate modification strategies, has been dismissed by governments and the media as a conspiracy theory despite the practice in operation for decades.

On Oct. thirteen, the White House declared that it was funding a five-year-research plan into one of the most controversial plans for fighting climate change out there: geoengineering , or the technologies and innovations that can be used to unnaturally modify the Earth’s weather.
The survey will be dedicated specifically to some form of geoengineering known as pv radiation management. This is a method that essentially involves bringing out fine aerosols into the atmosphere to reflect sunlight away from the Earth. The idea is that, as soon as it’s reflected, there’ll end up being less heat and temperature ranges will go down.
The only curious footnote not mentioned in this article would be that the federal government already has been positively conducting geoengineering projects for many years.
Here’s former CIA Director John Brennan in 2016 boasting concerning the government’s most widely used geoengineering technique called Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), which involves “ seeding the stratosphere with particles that reflect the sun’s heat in much the same method that volcanic eruptions perform. ”
To put it differently, the strategic release of what many refer to since “ chemtrails” in the environment.
“ An SAI program could restrict global temperature increases reducing some risks associated with increased temperatures, and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. This process is also relatively inexpensive, ” Brennan said during a Council upon Foreign Relations conference.
Despite the former CIA Director openly highlighting SAI, YouTube has nevertheless positioned a disclaimer under the video insisting such a practice will not exist.
As the Everyday Beast noted, the strange weather modification practice “ doesn’t come without risk” such as global crop loss, stronger storms, and even disease spread.
“ Geoengineering critics warn that it could have unintended consequences that will ripple out all over the globe. In the end, when you spray aerosols in to the atmosphere, they’re going to spread out. The effects would be felt everywhere wherever you initially sprayed it. This could lead to a butterfly effect of disastrous events, ” the Beast reported.
“ For example , temperatures can dip so low it results in crop loss— which we’ve experienced before in the year without a summer. Modifications to the atmosphere could also heighten weather events like thunder storms. Some research suggests that pv geoengineering could even spread diseases . ”
The fact that the Biden regime isn’t more forthcoming about the government’s geoengineering practices already underway can be unusual given the exercise on its face appears to be an effort to reduce climate modify, a key pillar of the left’s policy platform.
