‘Alex Jones Coming Back’: Infowars Founder May Be Reinstated because Musk Offers Amnesty to Suspended Twitter Users
Following results of amnesty regarding banned accounts poll, several speculate Alex Jones might be revived.
Infowars founder Alex Jones and other controversial figures may be allowed back on Tweets following Elon Musk’s new poll asking whether banned accounts should be reinstated.
The 24-hour poll, asking if balances that have not broken legislation or spammed should be reinstated, was voted on simply by over 3 million Tweets users Wednesday, with 72% saying they should be reinstated.
“ Amnesty begins next week. Vox Populi, Vox Dei, ” Musk announced agreeing using the results.
Regardless of admitting last week he had a personal problem with Alex Jones , Musk’s declaration prompted many to speculate that will Jones’ account and others – just like rapper Kanye West’s and former President Donald Trump’s accounts – might be revived on the platform.
The phrasing of Musk’s question certainly gives the impression Jones may be brought back; all things considered, he was never found guilty of a crime and has unconstitutionally been found liable by default in his two recent Exotic Hook defamation cases.
Subsequent Musk’s denial of Jones’ reinstatement, many prominent Twitter users questioned how Jones’ ban squared with the Tweets CEO’s claims he would bring free speech back to system.
Alex Jones 20 years ago within 2002. He has said some crazy shit but this particular video was spot on. When the propaganda media and heavy state stenographers are allowed on Twitter then Alex Jones should have his account reinstated. pic. twitter. com/l1ZJDPGpB5

Alex Jones has apologised publicly many times over the years for what this individual said about Sandy Catch.
Many general public figures have told a lot more damaging lies, and more importantly, DONE objectively worse elements.
Why is this individual unforgivable whilst others are forgiven, even without apology?

Alex Jones may be the litmus test.
If you believe any person is too despicable to speak, you don’t need to actually believe in free conversation. End of story.

I’m not defending Alex Jones. Exactly what he said about Sandy Hook was appalling. Your dog is dealing with the consequences in the Courts. But he has the right in order to free speech. That’s what I’m defending. We have mass murderers on Twitter, US Presidents who killed a large number of children. Get real

Alex Jones must have just posted child abuse imagery on Twitter- apparently that is less bannable than being sued in a case having nothing to do with the website.

Reinstate Alex Jones on Twitter?

In the coming days, everyone might find whether Musk lives as much as his promise to make Tweets a bastion of free speech, or whether he cowers to the likes of the Anti-Defamation League and other enemies associated with freedom.
