A Philadelphia car parking enforcement officer narrowly made it an apparent execution try when a suspect shot your pet on a sidewalk at point-blank range last week, according to reports.
The surprising incident unfolded just before four p. m. on Fri in the City of Brotherly Really like.
The sufferer, a 37-year-old employee from the Philadelphia Parking Authority, was walking along busy Orthodox Street in the Frankford section of the city before being ambushed, CBS reports.

The victim can be seen approaching a parked vehicle like a passenger exits.
Suddenly, the suspect strolls up behind the officer, pulls a firearm, and discharges it at the male’s head.
The wounded man slumps towards the ground and the suspect flees the scene, leaving your pet for dead.
The shocked passenger may also be seen running away within terror.
Incredibly, the victim survived right after being rushed to hospital in critical condition along with gunshot wounds to his ear and shoulder.
“ We think he was the intended target, ” said Deputy Police Commissioner Frank Vanore.
“ We have a few witnesses saying a car pulled up, shots were terminated, and then a car pulled away. ”
