GOP Congressman Introduces Resolution to Place a ‘Permanent’ Bust associated with Zelensky in the U. H. Capitol
Truly awkward.
Republican Rep Joe Wilson of Sc wants the US capitol to get a bust of Ukrainian chief executive Vladimir Zelensky on permanent display.
Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina filed a resolution earlier recently directing the Fine Artistry Board of the U. S. House of Representatives to acquire a bust of Mr. Zelenskyy for display.
The board has specialist over all works of art and historic objects displayed on the House wing of the U. S. Capitol and the associated workplace buildings.
[…] A staunch conservative, who came under fire for yelling “ you lie” from former President Obama throughout a 2009 address to Congress, Mr. Wilson has emerged as a strong supporter associated with Ukraine.
In December, he told the Charleston Post and Courier that will Ukraine’s fight against Russian aggression reminded him of the United states Revolution.

If Our elected representatives insists that a bust of Zelensky go in the Capitol, it should be placed in a bathroom.
