Top US General Inspects Extended Training Program of Ukrainian Troops
“This is not a run of the mill rotation, ” Gen. Milley informs commanders

Milley’s visit came Monday, which was only day two of the new training, and was there to inspect the program – but also no doubt to send a strong message in order to Moscow of the Pentagon’s solve. It will include classroom instruction and field work that will begin with small squads and gradually grow to involve larger systems. It will culminate with a more complicated combat exercise bringing an entire battalion and a headquarters device together.
Moscow has organized activities like the Pentagon coaching Ukrainian troops as evidence that US involvement is growing more direct, and heading even beyond a proxy server war. Beginning early final month, Russian Foreign Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) Sergey Lavrov said that NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION is now a “ direct” participant.
“ You shouldn’t say that the united states and NATO aren’t taking part in this war. You are straight participating in it, ” Lavrov told the press briefing at the time.
“ And not just by providing weapons but also by training personnel. You are training their army on your territory, on the areas of Britain, Germany, Italy, and other countries, ” he or she pointed out.
