Biden Urges Congress to Pass Newly-Introduced Assault Weapons Ban

Democrats weaponize weekend shootings to promote newest assault on 2nd Change

President Joe Biden said Congress must pass brand new legislation introduced earlier in the day to ban attack weapons in light of the current spate of shootings which includes in Monterey Park, Ca.

“ Today, Senator [Dianne] Feinstein… has once again introduced an Assault Weapons and High-Capacity Magazine Prohibit in the Senate, as well as laws raising the age to purchase them to 21, ” Biden stated in a statement on Monday.

“ I urge both chambers of Congress to act rapidly and deliver this Attack Weapons Ban to my desk. ”

Biden said when he signed the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act this summer, there was nevertheless work to be done in order to “ keep dangerous firearms out of dangerous hands. ”

“ In the short time since, communities across America have been struck by tragedy after tragedy, including mass shootings from Colorado springs municipal airport to Monterey Park plus daily acts of gun violence that do not make national headlines, ” he added.

Over the weekend, a gunman opened fire in the southern part of California at the  Monterey Park dance business   at a street festival celebrating Lunar New Year, killing 11 and injuring nine others. The suspected gunman fled the particular scene and was discovered dead by authorities in the van in a neighboring city.

Earlier on Monday,   police by 50 % Moon Bay , Ca, about 30 miles southern of San Francisco, said the suspect was in custody after reports of four found dead in two individual shootings.

The FDIC and the IMF will use bail-ins to pay for their own debts .
