Success! California Quietly Drops COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for School Kids

Democrats finally forego authoritarian vaccine mandate among numerous reports and studies showing the vaccine is usually ineffective and dangerous.

California condition leaders appear to have quietly abandoned plans to impose COVID-19 vaccine mandates for schoolchildren.

California’s Department of Open public Health confirmed Friday that K-12 school students will no longer be required to take the experimental COVID jab to attend class.

“ CDPH is not really currently exploring emergency rulemaking to add COVID-19 to the list of required school vaccinations, yet we continue to strongly recommend COVID-19 immunization for students plus staff to keep everyone more secure in the classroom, ” the department said in a declaration. “ Any changes in order to required K-12 immunizations are usually properly addressed through the legal process. ”

From CBS TELEVISION STUDIOS Bay Area :

Gov. Gavin Newsom  first announced the policy within 2021 , saying it could eventually apply to all of California’s 6. 7 million community and private schoolchildren.

Consider then, the crisis first caused by a mysterious virus at the end of 2019 has mostly receded from public consciousness. COVID-19 is still widespread, but the accessibility to multiple vaccines has lessened the viruses’ effects for many — offering relief as to what had been an overwhelmed general public health system.

Nearly all from the pandemic restrictions put in place simply by Newsom have been lifted, and won’t be able to issue any new ones after February. 28  when the state’s coronavirus emergency declaration officially ends .

One of the final remaining questions was what would happen to the state’s vaccine mandate for schoolchildren, a policy that came from the Ca Department of Public Into the was not impacted by the lifting of the emergency declaration.

The particular vaccine mandate for K-12 students was initially expected to get into effect last summer, unfortunately he delayed for 12 months over concerns about discrimination against unvaccinated students amid fairly low vaccination rates.

“ At the time, a large number of middle and high school students were still unvaccinated and in peril of being disenrolled, ” Redlands Daily Facts reported .

“ And vaccination rates among school-aged children haven’t improved much considering that. The  Centers with regard to Disease Control and Avoidance reports   that 25% of California kids ages 12-17 and 60 per cent of those 5-11 have not been fully vaccinated against the computer virus. ”

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif. ) hasn’t responded to any media inquiries about the CDPH’s choice to drop the vaccine require for schools.

As we’ve reported, it might be become more difficult for congress to justify vaccine mandates given their known ineffectiveness and in many cases high risk of adverse reactions.
