BACKLASH: Miller Lite Slammed Over Woke Feminist Ad Apologizing for Using Bikini Babes to Sell Beer

Cringe commercial calling for customers to return old marketing materials featuring sexy models stoked controversy on social media with many drawing comparisons to Bud Light’s disastrous Dylan Mulvaney campaign.

The Miller Lite beer brand has come under fire over a woke ad apologizing for its past use of sexy models in bikinis to sell beer.

In a feminist ad campaign from last March being revisited in the wake of the Bud Light boycott, Miller Lite hired comedian Ilana Glazer to highlight women’s role in the history of beer-making — before turning her attention to so-called sexist ads featuring scantily-clad models.

“Here’s a little known fact, women were among the very first to brew beer ever,” Glazer says, adding, “Centuries later, how did the industry pay homage to the founding mothers of beer? They put us in bikinis.”

“It’s time beer made it up to women,” Glazer continues.

“So now Miller Lite is on a mission not just to clean up its own shit but the whole beer industry’s shit,” Glazer states, unveiling the company’s “Bad $#!T to Good $#!T” campaign asking for old marketing materials like ones featuring near-naked women to be sent back to the beer giant for upcycling.

“So here’s to women, because without us, there would be no beer,” Glazer concludes the ad.

The cringe commercial stoked controversy on social media with many drawing comparisons to Bud Light’s disastrous campaign with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney, which sparked one of the most successful boycotts in recent memory.
